Polk's budget-priced 5.1 speaker package is their RM705. You get four compact two-way RM7 satellite speakers each with a ½ inch woven silk dome tweeter and a 2½ inch composite midrange driver for the front left and right and the two rear surrounds, the RM7 center channel speaker with the same tweeter and dual mids for clear dialog, and a 50 watt powered subwoofer for the bass.

If you want to set up 7.1 surround sound, purchase two more RM7 satellite speakers, packaged and sold individually.

The high gloss Blackstone TL1600 and TL2600 5.1 speaker packages offer the same high-performance driver and tweeter components found in Polk's full size loudspeakers. They deliver bigger, bolder, deeper sound with a wider soundstage and more realistic imaging than you would expect from speakers this size.
